Steam Generation supplied, installed, and commissioned eight (8) Certuss Universal TC 2000 dual fired (Diesel & Gas) steam generators in a modular arrangement supplying a maximum of 16 000Kg/hour steam. The steam generators were installed four (4) on either side of the boiler house, with two (2) Certuss CVE supply units supplying treated water to the eight (8) steam generators.
The CVE includes and regulates all the connections for water, steam, electricity and energy. The high-quality components for water treatment and supply are compact and are installed such that they are easily accessible and save space.

Steam Generation fabricated a new carbon steel hot water line, pump & control stations feeding the newly installed line 9. All the pipes are lagged with mineral wool and clad over with stainless steel.
