Phoenix Tube Heat Burner
PHOENIX TUBE HEAT
RADIANT TUBE BURNER
The Phoenix Tube Heat Burner is designed for firing into radiant and immersion tube systems, with the option to incorporate the multi-tube Recupe Heat (RH) exhaust recuperator for improved thermal efficiency and reduced fuel consumption.
The industry-proven Phoenix Tube Heat Burner features an advanced nozzle design that produces a spiralling flame, effectively scrubbing the inside of the fire tubes. This improves heat transfer, enhances temperature uniformity, and helps extend radiant tube service life.
With its adjustable flame length and multi-fuel capability, the Phoenix Tube Heat Burner is suitable for a wide range of tube firing applications. It can operate using either ambient or pre-heated combustion air and is compatible with straight, U-shaped, and W-type tube configurations.
When maximum system efficiency is required, the optional RH recuperator works with the Phoenix Tube Heat Burner to deliver preheated combustion air by recovering energy from exhaust gases. This process can significantly improve efficiency and reduce fuel consumption by up to 30% or more, depending on system configuration.
